The commission compensation is fair and they often include spiffs to make more money.

No nonsense, we were able to be direct with each other and set realistic expectations.

We work together well, we don't argue over money. Great team atmosphere willing to help...not the typical sales floor.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They understand what we need to succeed, they allow me the flexibility to be successful without micro managing all the time.
