I like the fact they do give us a Birthday pto and also a gym membership to keep up with your health.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We always celebrate each other on our accomplishments and encourage each other on our failures. Great trate for a company team to have.
What did you like most about the interview process?
How relatable my future managers were and down to earth there personality was. They also keep it real with you as well and I love that!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best and overall quality of our team is how family oriented we are in a professional environment. It honestly feels great going to work and its actually not a burden because of the relationship we have with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have a phenomenal leadership team who is caring and always do there best to motivate each and every one of us. The best thing about our leadership Team is not to just how they push us to be better as an employee but become a better person as well!
