I have been with the company for 5 years when we were very small. I have got to see how the machine works. Not only that I have made more money year over year while watching and helping us grow.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around people that I'd hang out with outside of the cubicle.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all united to get to a common goal and we have fun doing it. The culture that has been created feels like a family.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am in sales. I get paid a base salary and commission on what my team closes, as well as health, dental, and vision. We also have daily/weekly/monthly spiffs that won me a LED TV around Christmas time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was most impressed by the level of transparency during my interview process. I learned something about the company from each person that I spoke with. I knew what I was getting myself into on my first day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team has worked together for over 20 years. Learning from each leader is of great benefit to me as I grow in my career. Not only do I get to learn, but I get paid to learn!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment allows you to learn without feeling overwhelmed that you will get fired if you make a mistake. It gives a certain feeling as if you succeed from your mistakes more because you learn more from it.
