What do you like best about the leadership team?The team seems to work very cohesively. They're aligned around the company's vision and purpose, and they're approachable when there's an opportunity to invest in the business or address a key challenge.
What are some of the best things about your team?Truly, some of the most talented, caring, team-first people I've ever worked with. Everyone is focused on the things that really matter: Solving key business problems for our customers.
In 2007, Mike Hennessy envisioned a bold new path for talent acquisition. He believed that organizations should proactively engage with the people they want to hire before they need to hire them.
