I was forced to sign a sheet saying that I was trained on a job I have never been trained on before I was walked to HR to get a final notice right up and have never had a write up there or any place else. I have never felt so defeated starting a new job ever

Fast food workers make as much or more then I do. They are responsible for dropping fries. I am responsible for pig selection, placement, treatments, loadout, projections on market hogs, laundry, ordering supplies, and coordination with outside contractors.
Higher pay & salaries, regular & better bonuses. Better yearly raises "3 to 8 cents doesn't make employees feel appreciated or valued." Why try to be anything other than to be a absolute average employee when there's no benefit/reward for the extra effort put into making the company better overall.
We run pretty lean so it is a culture of highly trained professionals working quickly in tandem.
