Hiring qualified people for higher level positions

Supporting staff as well as the company. Managers are very company and profit driven but pay little mind to the individual employee and daily processes.

I was forced to sign a sheet saying that I was trained on a job I have never been trained on before I was walked to HR to get a final notice right up and have never had a write up there or any place else. I have never felt so defeated starting a new job ever

Honesty, involvement, giving all info needed

Most of them sell women's relationships, most of them sell contraband. The administration does not put them on the basis of experience, but rather personal relationships

Leadership needs to get better at leadership

Putting the worker first and our safety. They work us so hard and we barley get 2 30 min breaks thru the day we have to rush back from break to be on the line and dress with our equipment all within 30 minutes so technically we get about 20 minute break. Also the pay and time off could be better.
