I have been with Smithfield about a year and a half now and already I have been promoted twice, last time being moved to FSQA department. From the moment I started they have always showed appreciation towards employees that have a hard work ethic and motivation no matter race, gender nor appearance

Not sure what my compensation package is so that would be something they could work on with HR
