Not the best employer by far but definitely not the worst. I personally think that all low level, entry level employees and leads are all greatly underpaid. Most of us production workers can barely afford to make a surviving income. We don't live. We only survive. It's a sad existence.

Time to clock out and go home and paydays
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay & salaries, regular & better bonuses. Better yearly raises "3 to 8 cents doesn't make employees feel appreciated or valued." Why try to be anything other than to be a absolute average employee when there's no benefit/reward for the extra effort put into making the company better overall.
