I am thankful to have a job they do offer a variety of benefits two full-time employees I would like to see paid time off and paid sick days which we don't have we do make a decent wage but for the work we do could be more pay an overall caring more about the employee instead of the meat we're proce

It was fast short not a lot of questions
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a diverse group of different cultures of people from all different walks in backgrounds
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very hard workers consistent consecutive and reliable even when treated unfairly overworked by supervisors and underpaid
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am going to receive a paycheck at the end of the week to pay bills and take care of my family
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Putting the worker first and our safety. They work us so hard and we barley get 2 30 min breaks thru the day we have to rush back from break to be on the line and dress with our equipment all within 30 minutes so technically we get about 20 minute break. Also the pay and time off could be better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not put first are safety if not I give you an example they run the meat so fast and it's hard to keep up and that forces workers on the line to get closer to each other social disinfecting is very hard especially with so many people we barely get to 30 minute breaks and have to rush back ther
