new management, better pay, listening to employees

it was laid back and relaxed.

Stop griping about how we're being treated and strike.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
everything. communication, planning, and at least effectively pretending to care about their workers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
i feel it's to late to improve. company would have to go back in time and make different decisions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i'm trained in multiple positions in multiple departments and have been continually moved between departments, when others aren't. I show up on time for work everyday, even not being able to take a bereavement when i was a temp. basically told be happy you have a job.
