Doris Hektor serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at Snap Finance, bringing over 30 years of expertise in legal, risk management, and compliance within the financial services sector. Doris has held significant roles at J.P. Morgan Investment Managers, JPMorgan Chase, American Express, AXA Investment Managers, and Encore Capital, where she was instrumental in designing and implementing global compliance programs. She earned both a Juris Doctor equivalent and a PhD in law from Saarland University in Germany.
