everyone truly is so kind, hilarious, creative, and SMART

the parental benefits, the weekly food stipend, and flex PTO
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
that kindness is at the core of what we're doing every day

collaboration with my teammates and knowing our mission is to do good with technology

the fact that our equity vests monthly is awesome (although the stock is low but it'll bounce back!).
What makes you most happy at work?
the people, I love my team and everyone I meet at Snap! everyone is always so kind and helpful

there's a good amount of transparency from the leaders and it always feels honest, and they seem to want to take care of us as team members.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with some of the most kind, hilarious, smart, and supportive team members on the sharp team. And recently with a bungee to L&D - I can say this team is also so kind, helpful, and passionate!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i love that kindness is at our core, i know that it's not always easy and there's times of friction but at least when kindness is in the room it feels like a healthier place to work and collaborate!
