From some one who transitioned from a different industry into tech, this has been one of the best experiences I've had, especially in a pandemic. Though there are areas of improvement, having the leadership really care about their employees & colleagues who support me, is amazing!

Supportive, Transparent, and helping to guide us in times of ambiguity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team members are always willing to help, give context, and are very supportive of one another. Everyone is extremely kind, smart & creative.
What makes you most happy at work?
Contributing to the team and being able to see that impact. Helping to solve issues or bottle necks. Helping to bring great candidates into the pipeline.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate that the leadership team is very supportive of our mental health, and if we need to take the time, that we do. Another positive aspect is that people are always trying to help us grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued, but there have been changes in leadership, and what may have been the standard in past leadership is not the standard currently. The leveling feels off and kind of felt like I got the short end of the stick.
