Everyone really embodies the company values of kind, smart, and creative. We're really goal and solutions-oriented, but fun and spontaneity is also highly valued. Everyone contributes ideas and collaborates on solutions, which helps foster a community environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is transparent and completely approachable as servant leaders. They enable me to thrive in my role and encourage a healthy work/life balance. I feel like they truly listen to employees' needs; company policies and decisions are made with a thoughtful whole-person approach.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am SO EXCITED to work for a company that has such excellent and comprehensive benefits; including company-paid healthcare coverage. Not needing to look at my cost of contribution when selecting my health coverage really enables me to get the healthcare plan that fits my needs.
