Everyone cares about one another. Everyone I work with is extremely smart, motivated and wants to be successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is genuinely kind! Very rarely are people rude and unaccommodating. Everyone wants to help one another out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my base should be higher. Given the fact that our equity is pretty volatile I believe they should incentivize employees with more cash based options.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working for Snapchat, as I believe in the product and all of the incredible technology in the app. I love finding people their dream job here at Snap. That was how I felt when I got the job here.
