Working at Snap has been a goal of mine since I entered the workforce 7 years ago. I couldn't be happier now that I've made it to this peak knowing that the company is as great inside as it always looked from the outside. I am so beyond proud to be apart of it.

They over-communicate at times which makes me feel more secure in my job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture truly lives up to Snap's values. The people here foster a kind, smart, and creative workplace and those are also my biggest personal values, so the personal alignment is fantastic and makes me feel so supported.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a creative team that does a lot of brainstorming with XFN partners. It is such a joy to do this with my team because we all complement each other so well. We are able to riff off of each other's ideas in a way that I haven't experienced at any of the 5 other companies I've worked at.
