What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems really excited about their work which in turn makes me excited.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like when my manager gives me projects based on my interests. I also enjoy lunch with my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very transparent. They make an effort to make sure that employees know what is going on at the company as much as they can.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so kind, helpful, and non-judgemental. As a recent college grad, I was told a lot of negative things about what working is like. So far I haven't experienced any of those things.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that my base salary is a fair, comfortable living wage. Although I have the opportunity to make bonuses throughout the year, I know that I will be able to comfortably provide for myself with my base pay.
