I've dealt with egos before, but not like at this company. I'm stunned at management's ego that prevents them from being kind.

They need to be more kind to eachother and watch their ego.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because those who gossip all day get compensated, but not those who work hard all day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone is unhappy. If only everyone was empowered to speak up maybe management would realize what they really need to work on.
