What are some of the best things about your team?
Inclusive, kind and friendly. We are also incredibly diverse with so many different nationalities and backgrounds to learn from and to provide different views during discussions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are incredibly open, transparent and accessible - I have had 1:1s with SVPs. They work incredibly well together and have a strong dynamic, which helps the business move forward.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great base, making the stock 'gravy' and means I am not worrying about the price fluctuations I cannot control. Additionally, things like Mobile, Internet and Travel expenses are all contributed to, without any need for receipts etc. Oh and paying for the gym membership - I am fitter now!
