it's clear that they care and do their best to do the right things for the company and are trying to create a good company culture
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that I am under leveled and that affects my compensation. I think that my scope of work is vast and if I were a male I would probably be making more.
