I don't have any comments on comp package. Base, bonus, stock. Pretty standard.

The kindness value shows. Sometimes cutthroat people slip through the interviewing cracks, but they generally don't last long.

Same as previous answers - kindness of colleagues and belief in mission of company and vision for product.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Snap goes to great lengths to protect the Kind, Smart, Creative cultural values. Kind stands out as it enables a smaller team to get much more done. Less time wasted on politics.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Snap's leadership team is genuine in their belief in the product to create real value for users. They have stayed true to this even when it has been misunderstood, led to reduced revenue, or been unpopular. Agree or disagree, you know where they stand and, if you agree, it's inspiring.
