What is the best part about your compensation package?

Small pay in on benefits, yay!

Fair and in line with market

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No adjustments in pay, no annual raises, no performance review structure, very difficult to get salary and promotion approvals even though it is accepted and approved by all managers.

I'd like to know I'm being paid fairly. I'd like longer maternity leave and more paid training opportunities and in-person customer interaction
