CEO is a great guy
CEO is a great guy. He visits from time to time. He's approachable and understanding.
How's the work life balance at sngular?
Business as usual in IT. Sometimes you have to work hard if there's a deadline of some kind, but other than that nobody cares if you have to pickup your kids at school if you've done your work for the day.
Since the employees usually work in the client's office it depends on the project, but work life balance at sngular is fantastic

The company is growing in all the lines. Here in USA operates as an startup, but with all the support of a consolidated company.
