What is the best part about your compensation package?

Commision and Wellness benefits are great

Above the market average for the industry.

Equity. I do wish they had 401k match.

They market-adjusted my salary without me asking. Also, stock options.

As an early joiner I have a life changing amount of equity.

I recieved RSUs upon starting which is amazing!

Joined at a lower TC, because the company is growing.

401k matching still doesn't exist even though the plan was early 2021

No clear growth path. Constantly understaffed. No real compensation changes and acknowledgment for the work, but we do hire more middle management.
