Joined at a lower TC, because the company is growing.
401k matching still doesn't exist even though the plan was early 2021
No clear growth path. Constantly understaffed. No real compensation changes and acknowledgment for the work, but we do hire more middle management.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Take care of the people that are there for a longer period. People are afraid of speaking up because of the American culture that is currently going around. Respect that this was a UK / Israel startup and people care about these values.

Top management hired like crazy and did not see the headwind therefore they are laying off staff where they should be the ones getting sacked.

The culture is aspirational. People say one thing and do another. Most people try to live the values and there are others who are in it for themselves and don’t care how their behavior impacts others. The Exec team needs to slow things down so that people can be more relationship focuse
