My experience is that Sodexo is severely lacking in the income department. Most comparable positions currently pay $15 per hour. The Benefits department is severely lacking. Recently we were switched from Blue Cross Ble Shield to AETNA that costs me more with less coverage.
I've been at this account for 22 years. 15 of them have been with sodexo. I have a lot of responsibilities here and yet I just started making a little over $15 an hour after 22 years. Meanwhile, teenagers make more than me. Everyone has worked here has gotten retro pay. I've never gotten it.

I was paid severely below average. I came on with years of experience and was offered 14 an hour for a position that should have started off at 20. They also found many loops holes to box me in the pay grade by categorizing my job under clerical in their system when I was management.
