Team being like family and the Courses to progress

Simple smile good morning or afternoon and perhaps how was your weekend or how did your kids do at their game last night

Coming in to work with the support staff. The nurses, doctors and patients who love when I'm working because the food is tasty and fresh. I enjoy conversations I have with everyone and listen to their suggestions

The management dont know how to do much far as cooking, bring someone in or hire in house from the start

They know how bad they pay their people

No team player no leader ship

Too many family working there and the person that does oay roll has to many gamily working thete for her to be in that position of payroll

Just being a normal company and fewer politics. It is too french..

The management made a corrupted team without integrity, and looks like they are supported by the higher level of managers, nothing can be improved unless this system won't be broken, no fair treatment and good management till then.

There is no communication from upper management to the lower level employees. We follow the same procedures as we were trained to do then we are not told when those procedures change.
