The management made a corrupted team without integrity, and looks like they are supported by the higher level of managers, nothing can be improved unless this system won't be broken, no fair treatment and good management till then.

There is no communication from upper management to the lower level employees. We follow the same procedures as we were trained to do then we are not told when those procedures change.
