I was recruited by Sodexo. She was awesome. My District Manager, is amazing as well. The two of them convinced me I should make the switch. Not by wooing me with any offer, by showing me who they were as people. I wanted to work alongside these great people and I am grateful I did.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If I have a question, and I do often, They are there if I need them. They have my back and I never doubt that for a second.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My health benefits are great and at a reasonable price. I gave myself a raise just by coming to Sodexo in what I saved from my last job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive? Hard to choose. It's not a company that makes you "fit in". They hire you more to see what you bring with you to make their culture grow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work alongside a great group of people who come to work everyday not to punch a clock, but truly to make a difference in the lives of the people we serve. Truly. I couldn't do what I do without them. So grateful.
What makes you most happy at work?
I live to serve. It brings me abundant joy to help others. I do everything I can to improve what I touch daily, and show my gratitude. I lead by example. I grow in my role. I have great leaders who allow me to be me.
