The leaderships team is hit and miss. They lacked very much the ability to fix problems that could have easily been avoided if they cared enough at the beginning. At times, you would come across a leader that actually cared and worked hard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was paid severely below average. I came on with years of experience and was offered 14 an hour for a position that should have started off at 20. They also found many loops holes to box me in the pay grade by categorizing my job under clerical in their system when I was management.
