I work with three really great people and we're all pretty much in the same boat so we understand each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been at this account for 22 years. 15 of them have been with sodexo. I have a lot of responsibilities here and yet I just started making a little over $15 an hour after 22 years. Meanwhile, teenagers make more than me. Everyone has worked here has gotten retro pay. I've never gotten it.
