Heart and communication concerning family matters and other situations that may occur beyond the employees control
What makes you most happy at work?
Serving the people I love dealing with people and seeing their reaction to the food that I cook I also love talking with them you never know what a person is going through and that smile you give that handshake that hug can just help them get through the day
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
First and foremost they need to respect leadership then they need to learn to follow the rules not just the rules of a contract with the Union but the rules all the way around even with the company in order to get better results you have to have the Union and management working together
