Communication is definitely something that needs to improve between the leadership team
I receive paid personal days and holidays. I receive a 401k as well.
There is no communication from upper management to the lower level employees. We follow the same procedures as we were trained to do then we are not told when those procedures change.
Since we work in food service I believe we should move quickly and effeciently with the short amount of time we have to prep the food. I do not see this in my co workers
