What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management made a corrupted team without integrity, and looks like they are supported by the higher level of managers, nothing can be improved unless this system won't be broken, no fair treatment and good management till then.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To improve in training, diligence, commitment and integrity, but they are encouraged not for better performance but to be "friend" with the managers. We have manager who is recruiting "spies" for him and after that are protecting them. Vicious environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It has been made a corrupted team of managers who set up an autocratic system using protectionism, they are bullying employees, if someone is not in their "pattern", and if the employees raise grievance against them, the managers "cover" each other, they will conduct hearing at all the levels.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Used to be the teamwork, training and helping the colleagues to solve problems even when you were off and you have to go on site after midnight. Now, it was ruined by the new managers' approach, the employees are more seeking to get in "friendship" with them than to work well with the colleagues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They were paying a senior employee who was doing all the front house job in the same way with a new starter, no payment for giving training to others, not aware that our wages were much behind other Sodexo locations, they spend much money for 3-4 parties a year but not a nickel more for our overtime
