Management leadership delegating working as a team
Look at their managers, despite culture or background. Look into HR team that helps.
There is no transparency. It is evident that people move up if they are 'liked'
Heart and communication concerning family matters and other situations that may occur beyond the employees control
Leadership is incompetent and lacks focus, direction and struggles to grow the business.
Inhave been with the company for over 14 yeas. Sacrificed many holidays andntime with family oniy to feel that my sweat equity and dedication is overlooked. I think our executivs need to re-evaluate our insurance coverage. Being denied healthcare is not something thatbmakes am employee feel values.
I have nevered received a bonus in the 15 years I've been on the team
They bought our business and came innwith attitudes. Health insurance was ok. People not so much
I work hard and no feel in a team .
Review from Product Dept
Culture and clicks, limited progression if not in with the right people.
The managers have to work at managing the coworkers appropriately, and not allowing such insubordination daily, which leads to lack of production
Better support from administration and Sodexo is always seen as the outsider to the facilities. Better integration needs to happen.
More inclusive less talking behind others backs
Review from Executive Dept
Be sure to not talk about other co workers to one another and find ways to include
More teamwork and no pointing fingers
Support and better pay. Recognition will also go a long way.
Again respect for others and communication
Hold the entire team accountable.
Understanding from leadership. Ray from Austin has a horrible attitude
People acting like the are better than other not having favriote pets
Did not provide a job description so it caused confusion . Onboarding and trainings are not updated no mentors
Having a set guideline to ho by in order to hire
what interview never had one
Unknown mis guided Not informational too long
Get to jnow employee prospects
Company isnt proactive more reactive once a problem exists
Better management Management who listen and reply and respond back
They need better morals, and follow through wit there decisions
Old values and goals are still lingering
Please read previous responses as they include what needs improvements, acknowlegments and action.
More diversity and women promoted or recruited to more senior positions and trained to facilitate growth
