Inhave been with the company for over 14 yeas. Sacrificed many holidays andntime with family oniy to feel that my sweat equity and dedication is overlooked. I think our executivs need to re-evaluate our insurance coverage. Being denied healthcare is not something thatbmakes am employee feel values.

I have nevered received a bonus in the 15 years I've been on the team

They bought our business and came innwith attitudes. Health insurance was ok. People not so much

The managers have to work at managing the coworkers appropriately, and not allowing such insubordination daily, which leads to lack of production

Better support from administration and Sodexo is always seen as the outsider to the facilities. Better integration needs to happen.
