It's been an exciting ride. I've watched the company grow from a hopeful, chaotic startup to a competitive, global brand on the roof of an L.A. stadium. Some growing pains from the shift toward corporate structures, but overall the best place I've worked by far.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's very little micro-management of engineering work. This facilitates individual ownership, both in taking credit for successes and responsibility for shortcomings. The net result is very empowering.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very casual, and my interviewers were very transparent with me about what working here would be like. That was back in the start-up days, though, so a lot has probably changed...
