What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
now that we work 12hr shifts we have around 2 months' worth of time off to use for the year. PTO, PST, PCH, Flex days (a choice paid days off for working on a government holiday)

when we work on a holiday it is slow, we get paid 1.5x and we get a PTO day to use when we want
