What is the best part about your compensation package?I have one. Getting a paycheck seems like an astonishing feat after seeing this leadership team in action.
What are some of the best things about your team?My immediate team is horrible, but there are many great and talented people within the organization, for now.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Many of the folks at the company are truly wonderful and talented.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Move to a new organization that needs to run under a chaotic 80's business model and let JV save the org. Go to college. Get experience outside of the single org where you started your career before accepting VP roles. It's like watching Amatuer Hour!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Remove the entire Sr. Mgmt team minus two exceptions and start over.
