- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Move to a new organization that needs to run under a chaotic 80's business model and let JV save the org. Go to college. Get experience outside of the single org where you started your career before accepting VP roles. It's like watching Amatuer Hour!
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Remove the entire Sr. Mgmt team minus two exceptions and start over.
