Honestly, you guys don't know how to run a software company that customers want to buy from.

I think it's best if I quit
Benefits are minimal. Base salary is ok
Receiving a larger share on the overall performance of the company/share price would bring employees closer to those benefits what board members are receiving

People are too self centered
more interactive training and collaboration. more entrepreneurial style of work. and incentive structure that are aligned with company

Knowledgeable people with good domain expertise, good professionalism and responsiveness. We are taking care of the customers although team is spread thin.

It was a Very interactive process
Very friendly and extremely time efficient. HR didn't make me wait or go silent on me, so I wasn't kept guessing about the status of my interviews. I was impressed.

About my role and how I am able to help partner ecosystem succeed on our tech. I am challenged, I am able to add value. I am able to learn from my manager.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers don't get much value and we just tend to overcharge them for terrible products.
Less bureaucracy and more compensation & freedom for decisions for over-performers
