Honestly, you guys don't know how to run a software company that customers want to buy from.
very military style approach and leadership. one is simply used as an exploitable resource

Benefits are minimal. Base salary is ok
Receiving a larger share on the overall performance of the company/share price would bring employees closer to those benefits what board members are receiving
i am underpaid according to market (i.e. comparably)

People are too self centered
more interactive training and collaboration. more entrepreneurial style of work. and incentive structure that are aligned with company

Manish manages to keep the toxicity level up

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers don't get much value and we just tend to overcharge them for terrible products.
Less bureaucracy and more compensation & freedom for decisions for over-performers
