What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?well paid and large amount of jobs without much work needing to be done, at least on the engineering team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?The company cares about its employees financial health, which is a refreshing change and keeps me around despite wanting to do better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I work 75 hours a week and make hourly, with a pay cut due to hours.
