Solo has been able to create an amazing culture. Not culture in the sense of great perks. Sure there is free breakfast and lunch on Friday, on site gym, free chiropractor, and teeth whitening. Culture exists in the people that work there and they are all amazing.

The leadership team is there to motivate and take feedback well. The don't think they are above the rest. They get to know new employees on a first name basis.
