Great work environment, god awful management. Positions are given based off of personal friendships and not merit. The dev teams leadership is either inept or unbothered by the multiple bugs they cause each week (this is not exaggerated, every single week something on the site breaks)

I've been here since day one! Six years later, I'm still loving it.

The leadership team is there to motivate and take feedback well. The don't think they are above the rest. They get to know new employees on a first name basis.

Stop giving unsustainable raises to people who claim an entire teams project as their own work, then laying off members of the team who made it possible due to dips in revenue.

The pay is good and the work perks are great. The flexibility they allow is amazing and family always comes first.

My team works well together and has great personal connections. We bond together over the completely avoidable "rush time" projects that are due to a problem caused by someone promising a feature to a successful company that we do not have, and now have to cover for their lie and make a hot fix

I run a great team here at Solo. Everyone has a great time working together and looks forward to coming into the office. Even during COVID, everyone missed seeing each other and were back in the office very quickly.

Willing to get the work done, even if it means extra work. But if we work extra, we are always compensated that time back. We work together well and get along despite our differences in personality and opinon.

Overall happy people that want things to work as well as possible.

Solo has the best culture I've seen. It's a flat organization where everyone helps everyone and no one is off limits.

People are excited about what we are accomplishing. Creates a happy buzz in the air.

I love that everyone is happy to be at work. Nobody is miserable. With a nice work/life balance you are able to be happy at work. I also enjoy the push and help for professional development.

Friendly, relaxed environment with minimal pressure

They had a recruiter that kind of "screened" the candidates, and then I had an interview with my supervisor that was direct and to the point about what they expect out of their chosen candidate.

The interview process was give and take. Both parties were able to ask questions and I was able to understand expectations.

I enjoy interacting with my co-workers and the fact that dogs are welcome on site. Dog treats are even provided to the canine visitors in the break room.
