I appreciate the leadership team taking the opportunity to introduce themselves to new hires and making employees feel valued.
Serious when necessary. Stopping issues before they arise. Approachable and friendly, down to earth folks.
The leadership team is there to motivate and take feedback well. The don't think they are above the rest. They get to know new employees on a first name basis.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop giving unsustainable raises to people who claim an entire teams project as their own work, then laying off members of the team who made it possible due to dips in revenue.
