What did you like most about the interview process?Friendly, relaxed environment with minimal pressure
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The interpersonal relations between teammembers and teams
What are some of the best things about your team?My team works well together and has great personal connections. We bond together over the completely avoidable "rush time" projects that are due to a problem caused by someone promising a feature to a successful company that we do not have, and now have to cover for their lie and make a hot fix
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Stop giving unsustainable raises to people who claim an entire teams project as their own work, then laying off members of the team who made it possible due to dips in revenue.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Respect and understanding between leaders.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? My team all have different skill sets and we are able to build from one another and contribute to the team effectively.
