The interpersonal relations between teammembers and teams
Solo has the best culture I've seen. It's a flat organization where everyone helps everyone and no one is off limits.
People are excited about what we are accomplishing. Creates a happy buzz in the air.
I love that everyone is happy to be at work. Nobody is miserable. With a nice work/life balance you are able to be happy at work. I also enjoy the push and help for professional development.
Working hard to work together. minimal blaming and negativity in the teams.
