How employees describe working at Solodev
Enjoyable, especially for my first formal job in an agency setting. I've enjoyed getting to know this team and seeing how everyone's skill sets culminate in doing what's best for the client.
So far, I would say it's been very positive. I went through some ups and downs but my manager made sure to address the difficulties so that we could find the perfect balance, distributing the responsibilities differently. I feel more relaxed and capable to perform my job the best way I can
