Very open, very respectful, very responsive to needs, very supportive, transparent in all areas. Best bosses I have had in 20 years.
Openness to new thoughts, ideas and constructive criticisms. Communication - keep us informed. Focus - keep us on track. The dedicate time to employees for self-improvement.
Humble, willing to listen, will fight for what they believe in.
While there are a lot of good attributes of the Sonatype leadership, their greatest is the ability to take suggestion. There is continuous proof that good ideas really do come from anywhere.
