Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

paid fairly with other competition hotels in the area

I feel undervalued when I get my schedule less than one week in advance and still am expected to provide 24/7 availability. a shift differential for the night shift would make a huge difference.

No raise last year. Low balled

i feel id be more valued if the hotel literally took any of its employees work life balance into account (boston location)

I would feel better about my compensation if income raises were frequently available based on job performance.
