Offering worklife balance to employees
hire competent people that aren't just relatives of other people in the hotel
The leadership team could improve leading by example and lending a helping hand when needed. Communication and positive feedback could also be improved.
paid fairly with other competition hotels in the area

No raise last year. Low balled
i feel id be more valued if the hotel literally took any of its employees work life balance into account (boston location)
I would feel better about my compensation if income raises were frequently available based on job performance.
Have to have a better work ethic.
leadership. employees that don't care
again take work life balance into account
The culture depends on the manager on duty. One manager is well equipped and very good on the job. The other manager tends to put everyone in a bad mood due to unprofessionalism.
