we're a small dealership and an odd bunch but we accept each other and are willing to help when asked and genuinely like helping each other grow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They understand the business and when there is an issue, they are able to decipher if it is a weakness in the system or if it is a performance issue. They are very goal driven. Where there is an issue, it's an opportunity to make something better , not an opportunity to punish or dicipline.
